My wife, Hilary, and I will be your hosts and are always available to answer any questions you

may have before or during your stay. As experienced short-term rental hosts, we take pride in being responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Once you’ve checked in and are settled, we’ll give you the space to fully unwind and enjoy your vacation—knowing we’re just a message

I loved all the amenities and the fact he thought of everything one would need while there from q-tips and cotton swabs to feminine products if needed. scott was very responsive any time I had a question about something and very friendly. would definitely recommend the place to a friend. would stay again in the future.

Words really kind to describe how amazing this house was from the game room in the shed in the backyard, to the soft beds in the house Scott’s home was amazing. 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming and visiting again with Scott when I’m back in Tampa.

I stayed at bungalow 727 for the weekend,
And everything was perfect! The home is very easy to find tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and only an 8 min drive from the beach and very good restaurants!
The host Scott was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home the entire time!
The entire home was very clean upon arrival and had so much to do! we also loved how the pool was heated! And all of the amenities were great!
I would definitely stay here again, 5 stars!!

We highly recommend staying here with friends and/or family. The home is exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen isn't lacking for anything. They have literally thought of everything you could need or want. There is so much to do and lots of space. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 6. We never felt crowded and had plenty of room. Everyone had a great time and the kids didn't want to leave to go anywhere else!
Scott was always very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Bungalow 727! It was clean, well-designed, and perfect for our group. The backyard amenities are incredible — pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, mini putt-putt, soccer billiards, and tons of fun yard games. The game room with skee-ball (ski-ball?), shuffleboard, and arcade games was a huge hit too.
The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable with TVs in each one, and the outdoor patio with TV was great for relaxing. Plus, the location is fantastic — just a quick and easy drive to the beach.
We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Bungalow 727 and were impressed by how thoughtfully everything was set up. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clearly designed with guests in mind. Check-in was easy, the house was spotless, and everything worked exactly as expected.
There was plenty of room for our group to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together both inside and outside. The outdoor space in particular made the stay feel special, and the house had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free trip.
The location was also a big plus — quiet and residential, but just a short drive to the beach and nearby restaurants. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family!

Amazing Stay at Bungalow 727!
Our stay at Bungalow 727 was absolutely incredible. Our family—ranging from grandparents to pre-teens—had a ton of fun enjoying all the games and activities, including the pool, sports courts, arcade, outdoor movie screen, fire pit, and grill. There is so much to do at the house that you truly won’t want to leave, but when you do, the beach is only five minutes away and absolutely beautiful.
We made unforgettable holiday memories here. The home had plenty of space for everyone, with ample bedding and extra throw blankets. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with thoughtful extras like spices and plastic bags, and the bathrooms went above and beyond with items such as hair ties, Q-tips, and bath salts. Everything was spotless, in immaculate condition, and many items felt brand new. The attention to detail truly sets this home apart.
We highly recommend Bungalow 727 and would love to return!

We had an exceptional stay and can’t recommend this home highly enough. Communication with the owner was easy and seamless from start to finish.
The home is incredibly well thought out — spacious, spotless, and perfect for entertaining. Every detail has clearly been considered, and it truly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was especially impressive, with labeled drawers that made it easy to quickly find everything we needed.
The hosts knew we were celebrating our son’s 18th birthday and surprised us with thoughtful decorations welcoming us and recognizing his birthday — such a kind, unexpected touch that immediately made us feel at home.
High-quality bathroom amenities, thoughtful sundries, and two sets of washers and dryers made beach and pool days easy. The outdoor deck and fire pit were perfect for hosting, and the location is excellent — just minutes from the beach. Even though we live locally, it truly felt like a weekend getaway.
